re Below is a brief explanation of the different stand options:
Space Only:
This is only the 'bare' floor price per m2, the price is €105 per m2. This is without: stand construction, electricity, visuals, food & drinks, etc. Minimum purchase: 20m2. If the desired size is not shown on the floor plan, please contact us. You can also combine stands into 1 large stand. Please note: the minimum height of the back wall is 4 meters high. We can also help you with stand construction, this is possible from €85 per m2 (excluding electricity). You will find more information about this in the brochure (online).
Start-ups:
This is a small stand of 3x2 meters (1395,-), especially for starting eyewear brands that have existed for a maximum of 3 years, or optics-related companies that offer services such as software, advice, but also for suppliers of small optics-related products. The stands are equipped with one standard furniture set, anthracite floor tiles, black curtain at the back of 3 meters high, LED lighting and a poster (100×200 cm). Without: electricity, food & drinks. You will find more information about this in the brochure (online).
4×3 meter stands (blue) + 5×4 meter stands (green):
The blue stands are 12 m2 (2295,-) and the green stands are 20 m2 (2895,-). These stands have a base of anthracite floor tiles, a black curtain at the back of 4 meters high, LED lighting and 1 poster (100×200 cm) is included. Without: Furniture, electricity, food & drinks and other options, which can be ordered additionally at a later stage. We have a standard furniture set (same set as previous years) available from €395. You can also put together the furniture you want from scratch. You can even order different color floor tiles online (at an additional cost) to stand out extra or to be more in line with your brand identity. You will find more information about this in the brochure (online).
Luxury Lounge – Exclusive on request:
These stands have their own pavilion / area within the fair. They are equipped with luxurious furniture, 1 poster (100×200 cm), a lounge area and their own bar with service. Here high-end (in the higher price segment) and exclusive luxury brands are grouped together, which reinforces each other. The stands are made of white voile and the lounge is fully equipped with carpet tiles in the stands and in the aisles. You really step into a different and luxurious world.

Dutch visitors
After the last edition of Bold XXL, it was clear that we needed a larger location for future editions with the following wishes: available, easily accessible, enough parking and with good climate control. We found these in the Brabanthallen in Den Bosch.
Belgian and German visitors
Because the new location is conveniently located for Belgian and German opticians, we also expect more foreign visitors. Be prepared for this, bring your Belgian or German colleague or make sure you have their business card at hand. Eindhoven Airport is also less than a 30-minute drive away.

Parking
The Brabanthallen has more than 4.000 parking spaces (+ electric charging points). Parking is available in the large parking lot directly next to the Brabanthallen. Free parking is available on Saturday (during construction for space only) and Tuesday (during dismantling). Always follow the instructions of the parking attendant. Parking ticket costs 12 euros per day. (Order link will follow soon)

Editorial - website - social media:
Deadline: Yesterday!
What do we need: An informative text about your brand, your logo and one or two images that we can use.
Advertisement: Deadline: June 30, 06!
What do we need: a PDF file in the correct size and bleed all around.
Bold Poster: Deadline: 01-08-2024!
What do we need: a 'ready-made' PDF or JPG file. Dimensions: 100 cm wide x 200 cm high with 5 mm bleed all around.
Promotional material:
It is not permitted to hand out flyers or other promotional material at the location, it is only permitted to offer promotional material within your own stand. Leaving promotional material behind is not permitted, please inquire with the organization where you can throw away leftovers.
