ROADMAP:

1 - SIGN IN:
This registration page, on which you are currently located, is solely intended to indicate your preference for a location (stand/place) where you would like to stand. You can also indicate the type of stand and which brands you are bringing.

2 - CONFIRMATION
After successful registration, you will receive a summary via the system and a personal confirmation of your stand number by email. (Please note that this may take longer if there are a high number of requests at the same time). We will then send you the down payment invoice. Your position will only be finally confirmed after payment.

3 - Additional Options
In a few weeks you will receive an invitation to our new Online shop. Here you can arrange all kinds of things such as: furniture, electricity, packed lunch, refrigerator with contents, snacks, floor tiles, TVs, security, cleaning, posters & visuals, wired internet, parking card and much more.

Together we will create a beautiful edition!

Let us know which stand number you prefer. You can indicate three stand numbers that you prefer. If possible, we will place you on one of the preferred stands. If this is not possible, we will contact you. Bold reserves the right to assign you to a different stand number if necessary.

Sharing stands is not allowed. It is not possible to rent half stands.

Each brand gets its own page on the Bold website. If there is already a page from the previous (September 2023) edition, it will be automatically relocated.

Bold Magazine

Three weeks before Bold, we send our luxurious Bold Magazine, with a circulation of 1.900 copies, to all independent opticians in the Netherlands. We also send it digitally to Belgian and German opticians. Our magazine contains important practical information for visitors, interviews and editorials.

Advertisement
At a very low rate we offer you the opportunity to put your brand in the 'Spotlight' at all opticians with an advertisement. Bold Magazine is sent free to all your customers with your support. Make your brand stand out and support our trade fair magazine! Win win.

Poster

Space Only does not include a poster. Visual / poster / banner options for Space Only will be available in the online store at a later stage.

The stands include 1 poster as standard when participating, additional posters can be ordered. You can keep this poster after the fair. Reuse it and give it to your customer for the shop window, for example. Size: 100 cm wide x 200 cm high. Deadline: 01-08-2023 (missing the deadline = no banner during the fair) Format: JPG or PDF with 5 mm bleed

Bold stickers & Flyers

Let all your customers know that you are a BOLD participant. Stick the stickers on the invoice or on the packages that you send to your customers. Or use the flyers as invitations and hand them over during your visit. We will send these free of charge. (Shipping costs for international shipping: +6,95).

You only rent the bare floor area. You can have your own stand builder
work or we can of course also help you with the construction of your stand.

We have several options to promote your brand before and during Bold.
You can make the following option per brand.
