We understand that every company is unique. That is why we offer various stand options. Whether you are a starting entrepreneur who wants to stand out, or an established name who wants to inspire, there is a stand that suits you.

Furniture

Standard: All stands (4x3 and 5x4 meters start-up and Luxury) have a high back wall of 4 meters high black pleated curtain and are separated by a black rope curtain. There is also sufficient lighting and anthracite carpet tiles. Look here for an example of the furniture.

  • Stands - without furniture *

    Standard: All stands are separated by a black rope curtain and have a high back wall (4 meter high black pleated curtain). There is also sufficient lighting and anthracite carpet tiles. Included are 1 hanging poster measuring 100cm wide x 200cm long, a web page for each brand and lunch and drinks for 2 people.
    Optional: power point with extension cord, extra poster. Extra promotional package: half editorial page in Bold magazine, social media post, Bold App.

  • Start-up *

    A 'start-up' is a new brand in the industry (maximum 4 years old). Would you like to reserve a 'Start-up & Upcoming Talent' stand? Indicate why this opportunity is essential for you. These stands are limited and also available for non-eyewear related companies. An example of the Start-up furniture can be found here on the right.
    Optional: power point with extension cord, extra poster.

  • Luxury Furniture *

  • SpaceOnly *

    With the 'space only' option you only rent the floor space. This option is without carpet tiles, without electricity, without visual elements, without Bold All-in: 'Lunch & Drinks', purchase per participant is mandatory.
    If you would like to have us take care of your furniture, please inquire about the options after registering.

Brands

Number of brands
All participating brands must be under the same corporate entity or representative. For the start-up there is a maximum of 2 brands per stand, for the 4x3, 5x4, and Luxury stands there is a maximum of 5 brands per stand. No maximum has been set for freestanding stand construction. Send an overview by email if it concerns more than 5 brands.

Promotion Package
This edition we once again offer all brands free of charge half editorial page (this is not an advertisement) in Bold Magazine places + social media image on our social media channels. We also offer the option to expand the promotional package even further with the Bold app. The visibility of the brand in the app is maintained for one month after the fair.

Bold stickers & Flyers

Let all your customers know that you are a BOLD participant. Stick the stickers on the invoice or on the packages that you send to your customers. Or use the flyers as invitations and hand them over during your visit. We will send these free of charge. (Shipping costs for international shipping: +6,95).

Bold All-in: Lunch & Drinks

The 'Bold All-in: Lunch & Drinks' consists of one of the menu options below, 5 consumption coins per person per day and packages that are delivered during the day. Bold All-in is included for two people at the 4x3 stands, 5x4 stands and the Luxury stands. The start-up stands include 1 person. Additional participants are required to order a 'Bold All-in: Lunch & Drinks' package at a rate of €65 per person.

If you are coming with more than 5 people, please send the lunch choice by email. Or enter multiple names at the same time, separated by a comma.

Option 1: Soft roll with young cheese, mayonnaise, salad, cucumber, tomato & egg. Soft bun with roast beef, béarnaise sauce & cresson. + 5 drinks per day.

Option 2: Wrap with carpaccio, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes & Parmesan. Soft multigrain bun with brie, honey, walnuts & lamb's lettuce. + 5 drinks per day.

Option 3: Vegan bagel with hummus, grilled zucchini & Arugula. Vegan wrap with tzatziki, spinach & falafel. + 5 drinks per day.

Option 4: Gluten-free - Meal salad with chicken and vegetables & gluten-free bread. + 5 drinks per day.
