John Dalia considers French artisan methods as a core value. Our manufacturer, located a few kilometers from Paris since 1966, guarantees a product that is assembled by hand from start to finish. The reason for choosing this studio is that we share the belief that glasses deserve the same artisanal craftsmanship as a luxury piece of jewelry. Each of our pieces can take up to 120 steps to create, we needed a partner with whom we could work closely over a long period of time to ensure impeccable quality of each of our products.

John Dalia's design vision expresses a mix of simplicity, timelessness and steadfastness. John personally oversees the creation of the sketches and prototypes and controls the entire design process up to the final product. For each new model we choose from a range of high-quality materials such as acetate, titanium, silver or 22-carat gold. Each material has its own properties that give the frames added value. We are proud to source our materials from leading manufacturers such as Mazzucheli and a select number of Japanese manufacturers. The choice of lenses is made in relation to the design and details of each pair: flat colors or color gradients with an anti-reflective treatment on the inside.
