After the success of the previous edition, Bold Optical Fair is again organizing a one-day buying day for the optical industry on Monday, March 2, 2026.
This accessible event takes place in De Hertog hal – the modern, renovated, atmospheric hall of the Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. A clear and inspiring location where opticians and suppliers meet, discover new collections and can purchase directly.

WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN BOLD LIGHT?
The Bold Light Edition was born out of the demand from suppliers and opticians who missed a purchasing moment in the spring. This compact, one-day fair offers a simple and effective set-up: ideal for quick and targeted purchases.
Each participant has a market stall of 4 meters wide (100 cm deep), with white awning and black tablecloth. Behind the stand is a space of 4 x 3 meters (the space including stall is 4×4 meters), furnished with a beautiful wooden table and four chairs.
In addition, we support your participation with a media campaign and promotional materials (such as flyers) to increase your visibility. Your brand page will also be visible on our website. In short: everything you need for a successful fair is there.
Please note:
Bold Light does not include Bold Magazine, electricity, posters or carpet tiles.
Own stand construction (Space Only) is not possible this edition.
It is allowed to bring your own banners or posters, provided they do not damage the stall or are placed in front of the stand. Please note that the stands do not have a back wall.
INCLUDING
Each stand consists of a 4-metre-wide market stall with a white canopy and black tablecloth. Behind the stall is a beautiful writing table (160×80×78 cm) with oak table top and four chairs. The stand is equipped with LED lighting and is supported by a Bold Light campaign via trade magazines, social media and mailings to visitors. You will also receive stickers & flyers to promote your participation and a free brand page (maximum 5 brands per participation, 2 brands for the start-up stands) on the website.
EXCLUSIVE
To keep costs down, Bold Magazine, posters, electrics and a standard back wall are not included. You can bring your own roll-up banners or posters, provided they do not damage the stall and are not placed in front of the stand.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Optionally, you can choose:
– a visual at the front of the stall (+ € 175).
– an extra desk with four chairs (+ € 175).
– an electricity point on the stand (+ € 125).

START-UP STAND
Especially for optician-related companies we have the Start-up Stands (green on the map). This compact stand is equipped with a white standing table (80×80 cm) and three high stools, ideal for presenting your company in an accessible and professional way. The space is approximately 2 x 2 meters.
We also mention you on the map, on the website and on the handout that all visitors receive at the entrance. A perfect opportunity to increase your visibility within the optics.
Extra: It is possible to order a roll-up (or bring your own).
NEW: LUXURY STAND
During this Bold Light we introduce something new: the Luxury Stand.
There are a total of six stands (purple on the floor plan), centrally clustered in the middle of the exhibition floor. Because the seats are placed together, an attractive luxury square is created – a stylish meeting place where brands and visitors come together.
Each stand has an extra luxurious seat: 3 x Velvet Armchair and coffee table with rug. Perfect for a relaxed conversation with your customers. The Luxury Stand is available for brands with a minimum purchase value (for the optician) of €140. Would you rather not have a seat? Then you can also choose an extra disc table set instead of the lounge setup in the registration form.

There are only 56 stands available, we do our utmost to place you at the stand of your preference, we cannot guarantee that this will always work. Please note that Bold Light will only take place if there are enough registrations, so make sure you participate. So sign up quickly and make sure you’re there!

CONSTRUCTION TIMES:
On Monday 2 March you can set up your stand from 08.00 hours. Unfortunately, it is not possible
to come by on March 1.
BOLD LIGHT is open to visitors
from 10.00 to 18.00 hours.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS:
It is not allowed to hand out flyers or other promotional material at the location, it is only allowed to offer promotional material within your own stand.
LOCATION
The Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch are the vibrant heart of the Dutch optical industry. For this edition of Bold Light , we have also chosen this central and easily accessible location with excellent facilities.

The Brabanthallen have more than 4,000 parking spaces, including electric charging points. Always follow the instructions of the parking guide upon arrival.

CAR
The Brabanthallen are easily accessible, located directly on the A2, A59 and A65.
The location is only a 30 to 40 minute drive from Eindhoven Airport and the Belgian border.
AIRPORT
Eindhoven Airport (IATA: EIN, ICAO: EHEH) is an international airport and the second largest in the Netherlands. The airport is only 30 minutes from the Brabanthallen.
