For exhibitors who have ordered a visual, there is a submission deadline: 01-02-2026.
Please put it in your calendar and be sure to upload your file in time for us to review it and have it produced in a timely manner.

Please note: Missing the deadlines carries the risk that we may not be able to prepare the visual in time for the fair. Please note that there will be no refunds for missing any of the deadlines! Thank you for your cooperation!

We have a brand new upload feature available for exhibitors who ordered a visual during registration.

Naming the file:
Make sure the file name is structured as follows:
– Your booth number
– The company name
– If necessary, a brief description/designation

Example: X08_XX Eyewear_Poster 1.pdf

File requirements:
– Maximum 50 MB
– File Type: PDF or JPEG
– The file must be ready-made be

After uploading, your file will be processed automatically.
Is the file good? Then you will not receive a message from us.
Do you receive a message? Then we kindly ask you to upload the modified file again and in that case add the word NEW to the file name.
