Notice! The brand name you enter will be copied 1 to 1 in the participant overview. Therefore, check spelling and completeness carefully.

All participating brands must be under the same corporate entity or representative. It is not permitted to share booths. It is not possible to rent half stands.

ONLINE PAGE

Each participating brand gets its own page on the Bold website. If there is already a page from the previous edition, it will be automatically replaced. It is possible to make changes (in text or images) yourself. Additional changes after the deadline will be charged.

MEDIA PACKAGE

The online brands page is included at no cost with participation. Each brand will have its own online page. See examples of the online pages here: bold-opticalfair.co.uk/participants/.

After registration, you will receive the option to modify the (existing) brands page or add new brands. This can all be found in your online exhibitor portal (available after registration).

For the Bold Light Edition , no Bold Magazine will be created. The option to place an editorial is also not available, hence only the basic option is shown.

It is possible to order a visual in the form of a roll-up banner. You may keep the roll-up banner after the exhibition. This way, the banner gets a second life and contributes to a more sustainable fair.
