Terms and Conditions Bold Tickets

To visit Bold Optical Fair and/or Bold XXL it is necessary to order tickets, without a valid ticket access can be refused. Bold is only accessible to opticians and optician-related companies. Tickets can be ordered for free via the link on the Bold website.

Intellectual Property and Copyright
It is possible that image and/or sound recordings will be made of the event and the visitors. These image and/or sound recordings can be made public and reproduced. The Visitor unconditionally grants permission to make the aforementioned recordings and use them without the organisation or third parties owing or being liable to pay any compensation to the Visitor. The Visitor hereby transfers any neighbouring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights to the organisation without any restrictions. Furthermore, the Visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her personality rights. The copyrights that rest on the image and/or sound material in the context of the (digital) event/meeting rest with Bold or third parties. In no way will the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, be transferred to the Visitor.

Special provisions
During the event/meeting in question, the Visitor is not permitted to advertise/distribute (including flyering) his/her own company or other companies that do not participate in the event/meeting in question. Furthermore, the Visitor must follow instructions from employees of Bold in the context of the event/meeting. Failure to follow the above instructions may result in removal from the event/meeting.

Liability
Although the event/meeting, or the information and/or (work) material offered in that context, has been compiled with the utmost care, Bold accepts no liability for damage of any nature whatsoever that is the direct or indirect result of actions and/or decisions that are (partly) based on the information offered from and/or (work) material of the event/meeting. Bold is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, lost savings, reduced goodwill and damage due to business interruption incurred by Visitor. Bold accepts no liability for direct damage unless the other party can prove that there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Bold. To the extent that Bold is liable for any direct damage, this liability is limited to a maximum of the amount covered by its insurance. Bold is in no way liable for loss or theft of property of the other party at the event/meeting. Bold is in no way liable for personal injury and other damage caused as a result of the acts or omissions of others than Bold or caused by goods or materials of the location owner or the caterer. Bold is only liable for the aforementioned damage if it can be blamed for intent or gross negligence.

Bold Optical Fair BV can process personal data about you because you use the services of Bold Optical Fair, and/or because you provide it to Bold Optical Fair yourself when filling in a contact form on the website. Bold Optical Fair may process the following personal data:

– Your first and last name
– Your address details
– Your phone number
– Your email address
– VAT number
– Bank account details

WHY BOLD OPTICAL FAIR NEEDS DATA
Bold Optical Fair processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone if you request this, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. In addition, Bold Optical Fair can use your personal data in the context of the execution of a contract for services concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.

HOW LONG BOLD OPTICAL FAIR RETAINS DATA
Bold Optical Fair does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will be stored for more than one year if no agreement is concluded with you.

SHARE WITH OTHERS
Bold Optical Fair only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

MAPPING WEBSITE VISITS
General visitor data is kept on the website of Bold Optical Fair, we do not store your IP address of your computer. The data is only used for analyses of visitor and click behaviour on the website. Bold Optical Fair uses this information to improve how the website works. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Bold Optical Fair uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective Bold Optical Fair’s Adwords ads are on Google search result pages. By requesting tickets to visit Bold Optical Fair, you give us permission to send you more information (via email) about the upcoming and new Bold editions. Your email address will not be used for commercial purposes or mailings from companies other than Bold Optical Fair. Also, your email address and other personal data will not be shared with any other person.

VIEWING, MODIFYING OR DELETING DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@bold-opticalfair.nl. Bold Optical Fair will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
