BOLD LIGHT PURCHASING DAY
Bold Light is a 1-day purchasing moment where opticians and suppliers come together again to replenish the stock for the coming season. To keep it accessible, it is a simple set-up: A real ‘Optician Market’ with market stalls.
Also in the Brabanthallen in Den Bosch, but in a smaller hall: Hall 8. Take a look in the hall here . At the top left you will find Hall 8.
To keep this light edition affordable and accessible, we only use a fixed stand setup, free stand construction is not possible.
The permanent exhibition consists of:
• 1 market stall of 4 meters wide, 1 meter deep with white awning.
• Behind the stand there is another space of 4 x3 meters.
• Includes writing desk with beautiful oak tabletop and 4 white chairs.
• Includes LED lamp lighting.
• Brands page on the Bold Website + in the Bold App.
• BOLD Light Social Media campaign.
• Utingen in the trade journals.

Why a light edition of BOLD:
Because several suppliers and opticians indicated that they missed the purchasing moment of the spring fair, we are introducing the Bold Light Edition. This compact, one-day trade show offers a simple and effective setup. Each participant has a 4-metre-wide market stall equipped with a white canopy, a black tablecloth and a luxurious table with four chairs. Complete with a media campaign and stickers & flyers to promote your presence on Bold Light. Everything you need for a successful trade fair! There will also be good catering. Without: Bold Magazine, poster, Space Only stand construction.

NEW LOCATION
Dutch visitors
After the last edition of Bold XXL, it was clear that we needed a larger location for future editions with the following wishes: available, easy to drive, enough parking space and with good climate control. We found this in the Brabanthallen in Den Bosch.
Belgian and German visitors
Because the new location is convenient for Belgian and German opticians, we also expect more foreign visitors. Be prepared for this, take your Belgian or German colleague with you or make sure you have their business card at hand. Eindhoven Airport is also less than a 30-minute drive away.

Park
The Brabanthallen has more than 4,000 parking spaces (+ electric charging points). Parking is available in the large parking lot right next to the Brabanthallen. Saturday (during the build-up for space only) and Tuesday (during the breakdown) there is free parking. Follow the instructions of the parking guide at all times. Parking ticket costs 15 euros per day. (Order link will follow soon)

Deadlines:
Make a note of these dates in your google calendar. If you miss one of the deadlines, you risk that we will not have your poster or advertisement ready for the fair. There will be no refunds!
Editorial – website – social media:
Deadline: Yesterday!
What we need: An informative text about your brand, your logo and one or two images that we can use.
Advertisement: Deadline: 30-06-2024!
What do we need: a pdf file in the right size and bleed all around.
Bold Poster: Deadline: 01-08-2024!
What do we need: a ‘ready-made’ pdf or jpg file. Dimensions: 100 cm wide x 200 cm high with 5 mm bleed all around.
Promotional materials:
It is not allowed to hand out flyers or other promotional material at the location, it is only allowed to offer promotional material within your own stand. Leaving promotional material is not allowed, please check with the organization where you can dispose of leftovers.

The Brabanthallen are a 15-minute walk from the Central Station ‘sHerthogenbosch (Den Bosch).
CAR
The Brabanthallen is easily accessible, near the A2, A59 and A65. About a 30-40 minute drive from Eindhoven Airport and the Belgian border.

Eindhoven Airport (IATA: EIN, ICAO: EHEH) is an international airport. It is the second largest airport in the Netherlands. The airport is 30-40 minutes from the Brabanthallen.
